Dr. med. Elmar Hagemeyer

I am an anesthesiologist at Park-Klink Birkenwerder. I was born and grew up in Schwerte an der Ruhr. After community service, I studied human medicine in Münster in Westphalia from 1993 to 1999.

I received my training as a specialist in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine at the Katharinenhospital in Stuttgart (2000-2002), the university clinics in Bonn (2002-2004) and the Charité in Berlin (2004-2010). I passed the specialist examination in 2007, later the additional qualifications emergency medicine (2009) and intensive care medicine (2011) followed.

From 2011 to 2015 I was senior physician in the anesthesia department of the Ruppiner Kliniken in Neuruppin, then from 2015 to 2018 senior physician in the Asklepios Klinik in Birkenwerder.

I have been working full-time in outpatient anesthesia since 2018, initially employed in the Charlottenburg practice clinic until June 2021, and since July 2021 as an anesthetist in a group practice with my colleague Ralf Schmuck.

I am married, have two sons and live in Frohnau on the northern edge of Berlin. In my free time I spend a lot of time with my family, hiking and racing bike tours through Brandenburg.
