Definitions of the terms used (eg “personal data” or “processing”) can be found in Art. 4 DS-GVO.

Data storage and processing for accessing internet presence

In order to improve the quality of our websites, we store data about the individual access to our pages for statistical purposes. When accessing the website, such data is automatically stored in log files and possibly processed, which your browser automatically transmits to the server hosting the content. These are in detail:

  • Name of the called web page, file
  • Date and time of the request, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval,
The access method / function desired by the requesting computer,
The input values transmitted by the requesting computer (eg file name),
  • the operating system used by the user,
The browser type used by the user, including the version number,
  • The URL from which the file was requested / requested
  • Search terms and used search engine.

The collection of these data takes place only in an anonymous form, the collected data do not allow conclusions about specific persons. In particular, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are not stored. There is no merge of this data with other data sources that could potentially be personal.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as a site operator, our website uses an SSL or. TLS encryption. Thus, data that you submit via this website, for others not readable. You will recognize an encrypted connection at the “https: //” address bar of your browser and at the lock icon in the browser bar.

Contact form

Data submitted via the contact form, including your contact details, will be stored to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. A disclosure of this data will not take place without your consent. The processing of the data entered into the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO). A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time. For the revocation is sufficient an informal message by e-mail. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation. Data submitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or you no longer need to retain your data. Mandatory statutory provisions – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

Review form

On the patient reviews page you can submit a review of your treatment. In doing so, we process your name, your email address, the selected treatment, your star rating, your review text and the time of submission. The purpose is to check and publish your review and to be able to contact you if we have any questions.

The legal basis is your explicit consent, which you give via the checkbox in the form (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and – since stating a treatment allows conclusions about your health – Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR).

Every review is checked by us before it is published. We publish your first name and the initial of your last name, the treatment, the star rating, the review text and the month and year of submission. Your email address is neither published nor passed on to third parties. We are notified of new reviews by email; this notification only contains the treatment and the star rating.

The data is stored on the web server of our hosting provider STRATO, including backup copies, and remains there until you withdraw your consent or we delete the review. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal email to info@pk-bw.de is sufficient. Your review will then be removed. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.

On the same page we also show reviews that were originally published on Google Maps, via eKomi or on estheticon.de, likewise with a shortened name. If you are the author of such a review and would like it removed, an informal email is also sufficient.

Privacy YouTube

For integration and presentation of video content, our website uses plugins from YouTube. Provider of the video portal is the YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. The videos are loaded only after your consent to the category “External media” and after you click “Play”; we use the domain youtube-nocookie.com for this. Only then is a connection to YouTube’s servers established. YouTube will find out which of our sites you’ve visited. YouTube may associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile should you be logged into your YouTube account. By logging out beforehand you have the option to prevent this. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. For details on how to handle user information, please refer to the YouTube Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Maps (360° tour)

On the page “Clinic tour” we show a 360° tour embedded via Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The tour is loaded only after you have consented to the category “External media”. Only then is a connection to Google’s servers established, and Google receives, among other things, your IP address and the information that you visited this page; cookies may also be set. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. For details, please refer to Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that your web browser stores on your device. Cookies help us make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Some cookies are “session cookies.” Such cookies are automatically deleted after the end of your browser session. On the other hand, other cookies remain on your device until you delete them yourself. Such cookies help us to recognize you when you return to our website.

With a modern web browser, you can monitor, restrict or prevent the setting of cookies. Many web browsers can be configured to automatically delete cookies when the program is closed. The deactivation of cookies may result in limited functionality of our website. The setting of cookies, which are necessary for the performance of electronic communication processes or the provision of certain functions desired by you (for example shopping cart), takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. f DSGVO. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically flawless and smooth provision of our services. If other cookies are set (eg for analysis functions), they will be treated separately in this privacy policy.

Consent and categories. On your first visit we ask in a banner which categories you allow. “Necessary only” and “Accept all” are equivalent choices. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal takes effect for the future. We store your choice in a cookie and ask again after 180 days at the latest.

  • Necessary (no consent required, Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR): PHPSESSID (session cookie for correct page delivery, deleted when you close the browser), lang (stores your chosen language, 30 days, only set after you actively choose a language), pk_consent (stores your cookie choice, 180 days).
  • External media (consent only): YouTube videos and Google Maps tour, see sections “YouTube” and “Google Maps”.
  • Statistics (consent only): Google Analytics, see the following section. Cookies _ga and _ga_4TJEY7M3P4 (up to 400 days).

Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). It helps us understand which pages are visited so that we can improve our offer. Without your consent to the category “Statistics”, Google Analytics is not loaded and no connection to Google is made.

Which data is processed? Pseudonymous usage data, in particular pages visited (without parameters in the address), time, approximate location, device and browser, as well as individual clicks on the telephone number and e-mail address and the submission of the contact form. We do not transmit the content of your enquiry. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The features for Google signals and personalised advertising are disabled. Because the treatment page you visit can itself reveal an interest in health matters, measurement takes place only with your explicit consent.

Legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (1) TDDDG. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you withdraw, we delete the Google Analytics cookies in your browser.

Storage period. Event data is deleted in Google Analytics after 2 months. The cookies _ga and _ga_4TJEY7M3P4 remain in your browser for up to 400 days (browsers may shorten this further) unless you delete them earlier or withdraw your consent.

Data processing agreement and third-country transfer. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA. The basis is the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates, supplemented by standard contractual clauses.
